The Daily Five
Every morning RevSwipr ranks the five highest-value, evidence-backed opportunities across your portfolio. Want more? Ask for more. You choose the homes and the actions, then swipe right to approve. Supported provider changes execute and are read back to prove they landed.
As a founding beta member your first 50 swipes are free. There is no expiry date on this entitlement.
Connect Wheelhouse
- In Wheelhouse, get or request a dedicated Revenue Management API key for RevSwipr — not a shared or personal key.
- Paste that key directly into RevSwipr Settings. It is sent straight to your RevSwipr environment over HTTPS.
- If your Wheelhouse account does not offer API-key access, contact Wheelhouse support or your account representative and ask them to enable it.
Never email your API key to RevSwipr, and never paste it into a chat or support ticket. RevSwipr will never ask you for it outside the Settings form.
What can execute live
Only supported Wheelhouse date-specific custom-rate actions can ever write live, and only after your own organization's key passes server-side validation and your listing roster sync completes. Minimum-stay, discount, content and channel changes stay guided tasks.

Set your password first
Your access email contains a single-use link that opens the set-password screen. If it expires, use “Forgot password?” on the sign-in page for a fresh one — RevSwipr never creates or emails a password for you.
Reva and your Strategy Profile
Reva is optional and read-only: connecting it lets rating, review count and recency inform the confidence signal on a card. Your Strategy Profile affects ranking only — upload or paste it in Settings and refresh it every four to six months. Neither one ever writes to your provider.
Activity and safe live writes
After the five-second undo window drains, an approved eligible action is written and then read back from your provider to prove it landed. Activity shows every preview, execution and read-back result, so you can always verify what changed. If anything looks wrong, the kill switch fails closed and everything degrades to staged previews.
